Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning by our driver/tour guide and then depart to Amboseli national park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains.you will arrive in time for lunch ,have lunch then proceed for the first thrilling afternoon game drive in search of the big five inhabiting this park. Later Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 2: Amboseli Full day
The day takes off with pre-breakfast game drive. Back to the tented camp for full breakfast leave with packed lunch for a full day in the park, Amboseli begin one of the Kenya’s famous national park is not only home to big five but also to varieties of different species of birds and animals, including spotted hyena, zebra, giraffe, impala jackals topis among others. You will enjoy your packed lunch while capturing photos with the majestic Mt.kilimanjaro providing the background. There is also an optional visit to Masai village to catch a glimpse of their way of life. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Amboseli - Mt. Kenya
Early morning game drive later return to your lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast check out with a short game drive en-route off Amboseli and drive to Mt Kenya with lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4: Mt. Kenya full day
Full day at Mt Kenya region with a visit to the sweet waters chimps' sanctuary. This chimp sanctuary is the only one of it's kind in Kenya. Visitors can enjoy the unique opportunity of observing the chimps by boat on the Ewaso Nyiro. The riverine forest and the grassland that make up the sanctuary is home to 26-orphaned chimpanzees varying in age from 2-15 years. Also found at Sweet waters is Morani - the tame black rhino born in 1974 who was brought here after poachers killed his mother. Dinner and overnight at lodge.
Day 5: Mt Kenya - L. Nakuru
Depart Mt Kenya after breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru with lunch en-route. After lunch, we proceed to Lake Nakuru a shallow soda lake, which has been described as "an ornithologists paradise and one of the world's most magnificent sights". Here one has an opportunity to see up to two million flamingos besides thousands of other birds if lucky. Lake Nakuru also has rhino sanctuary and also harbors lions, warthogs, waterbucks, buffaloes, hippo and many other animals. Dinner and overnight at the lodges.
Day 6: Lake Nakuru - L. Naivasha
Wake up early then have a cup of hot coffee or tea, then proceed for the early morning game drive which will take you until around 0900hrs then return to the lodge for full breakfast, after the breakfast check out the lodge and proceed to Lake Naivasha arriving early for lunch. After lunch you will have an optional boat ride where you will be able to spot schools of hippo and different bird species, the boat normally takes about 1 hour and there after embark for a walk along the lake. Lake Naivasha is one of the fresh water lake in Rift Valley and a lot of agriculture takes place here where lots of Rose flowers are grown along the lake. After wards back to the lodge for a hot shower,dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara
After breakfast depart Naivasha in the morning and drive down the escarpment via the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara national reserve, we will arrive in time for lunch, after lunch proceed for our first thrilling game drive in this vast park with the possibility of spotting the "big five"till sunset. Dinner and overnight at a lodge
Day 8: Masai Mara full day
A full day of incredible wildlife experience awaits you with a morning and afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve with the following wildlife viewing opportunities. Thomson’s and Grant's gazelle, Topi and Eland and many more species of plains' game offer a rich choice of food for the dominant predators; lion, leopard and cheetah which hunt in this pristine wilderness. Enjoy your picnic lunch at Mara river hippo pool while watching the hippo that submerges at the approach of people and vehicles and crocodile sunbathing at the river banks with mouth agape, waiting with subtle cunning for prey at which to strike with lightning swiftness. Optional visit to the Masai village to have a glimpse of their culture Complete the day with dinner and overnight at the lodge..
Day 9. Masai Mara full day
Full day in the Mara to experience the Mara magic! In the most popular reserve in Kenya famed for its astounding concentration of game with the spectacular wildebeest migration from Serengeti National Park in Tanzania occurring mainly in July and August. From the base camp, we explore the region, packed with the elephant, zebra, rhino and all kinds of game throughout the year. Being at Masai Mara is as if you found yourself in "The New York of the natural world" according to some authorities. Indeed you have the best opportunity of seeing all the big five. On this day you have a choice of taking a balloon ride over the game filled plains or have a guided walk in restricted areas or visit the Masai village at an extra cost as well as more game viewing. The choice is yours. Dinner and overnight in the lodge.
Day 10: Masai Mara to Nairobi
On this day you will have an early morning wake up call , have a cup of hot coffee and then you will proceed for the early morning drive , this will offer you a chance if lucky to capture the early morning kill from the big cats as they are active during early morning before the sun gets hot. This early morning game drive will take you until 0930am when you will go back to the lodge for the full breakfast. After the breakfast we head back to Nairobi with a stopover for lunch in Narok or Mai Mahiu and then arrive Nairobi late afternoon with a drop off to your respective hotels or back to the Airport.
